Terms & Conditions of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and gwinbd ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the gwinbd website located at gwinbd.net and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and support channels offered therein (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the gwinbd Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite for using the Platform; if you do not accept these Terms, you must not use gwinbd.

gwinbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are written in English and governed in accordance with principles consistent with the operation of online gaming services in South Asia. Where any translation or version of these Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version shall prevail.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with gwinbd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the complete agreement between you and gwinbd. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

Access to and use of the gwinbd Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. gwinbd enforces a strict 18+ policy. For adults aged 18 and above only. Players found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and any funds held pending review.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee or contractor of gwinbd or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by gwinbd. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, you must not attempt to create a new account during the exclusion period.
• You have not previously had a gwinbd account closed for breach of these Terms, fraud, or any other violation.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress, impairment, or coercion when registering or placing bets.

gwinbd reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by gwinbd may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

If you become aware of any minor accessing the Platform through your account or device, you are obligated to notify gwinbd immediately at [email protected] and to secure your device and account credentials.

To access the full range of gwinbd services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games — you must create a verified account on the Platform. Registration is free of charge. The following rules govern the account registration process:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one active gwinbd account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address or mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gwinbd will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. You must notify gwinbd immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account Verification (KYC): gwinbd may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point. You agree to provide requested documents promptly. KYC verification is mandatory before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Contact Details: You must keep your registered email address and mobile number current. gwinbd uses these channels for important security notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and promotional communications. gwinbd is not liable for losses arising from outdated contact information on your account.

gwinbd reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not confer any right to receive a bonus or promotional offer. Bonus eligibility is determined separately at the time of each promotion and is subject to the individual terms of that promotion.

gwinbd supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. INR transactions are also supported for eligible cross-border South Asian players. The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your gwinbd account within 30 seconds to 3 minutes of successful transaction confirmation.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• gwinbd does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits made by credit are not permitted. You must only deposit funds that you own outright and can afford to lose.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method and account verification level.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. gwinbd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days.
• gwinbd reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed during identity verification procedures.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until rollover conditions are fully satisfied. See Section 6 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation, gwinbd reserves the right to freeze withdrawal processing pending investigation.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the gwinbd Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at gwinbd's sole discretion. gwinbd reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without providing a reason, particularly where there is evidence of odds errors, data feed failures, or suspicious betting patterns.
• Odds Errors: If a bet is placed at odds that are clearly erroneous (manifestly incorrect odds caused by a technical fault or human error), gwinbd reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to your account, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Live / In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and real-time data feed accuracy. gwinbd is not liable for delays in live data feeds that may affect bet placement or settlement in in-play markets, including cricket ball-by-ball markets for BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup fixtures.
• Match Abandonment: For cricket and other sports markets, gwinbd's rules for abandoned, postponed, or reduced matches are published in the sportsbook rules section. Generally, bets on abandoned cricket matches will be voided and stakes returned unless a specific result has already been determined under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) or equivalent method.
• Casino & Slots RNG: All slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators supplied by the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.). gwinbd does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot influence RNG results.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum single-event payout limits apply and are specified within the relevant betting market or game. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout cap will be limited to the published maximum regardless of the calculated return.
• Collusion & Cheating: Any form of collusion between players, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

gwinbd's decision on all betting and gaming disputes is final and binding, subject only to the internal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 8 of these Terms. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event settlement.

gwinbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, BPL and IPL season promotions, Eid special offers, Pohela Boishakh reload bonuses, and cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a rollover (wagering) requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is specified in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus-derived winnings are held as bonus funds and cannot be withdrawn.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered through within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically. The validity period is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked toward the rollover. Live casino table games, sports bets, and crash games may contribute a lower percentage. Full contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your gwinbd account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Players must opt in to each promotion separately; bonuses are not applied automatically unless stated in the promotion terms.
• Abuse of Promotions: gwinbd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account of any player found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using automated tools to farm bonus funds.
• Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions: gwinbd reserves the right to amend, extend, curtail, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will not be entitled to compensation for promotions that are amended or withdrawn.

By using the gwinbd Platform, you agree to comply with all of the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or permanent closure of your account:

• You will use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment and will not use it for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate or reselling access.
• You will not attempt to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the gwinbd software, platform infrastructure, or game code.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, scraper, script, or other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or extract data.
• You will not engage in any form of money laundering, match-fixing, or any other activity that is illegal or fraudulent in nature through or in connection with the gwinbd Platform.
• You will not harass, threaten, or abuse any gwinbd employee, contractor, or other player via any communication channel, including live chat and email.
• You will not use a VPN, proxy, or other means to misrepresent your geographic location for the purpose of accessing services not available in your jurisdiction or to circumvent any account restriction imposed by gwinbd.
• You will promptly notify gwinbd of any security breach, suspicious activity on your account, or any circumstance that suggests your login credentials may have been compromised.
• You will not share your account credentials with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify gwinbd of any unauthorised access.

gwinbd cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory bodies where required by applicable legal instruments. If gwinbd is required to disclose account information or transaction records in the course of a lawful investigation, it will do so without notifying the account holder concerned, to the extent permitted by law.

gwinbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder has an active self-exclusion request on record with gwinbd.
• Suspicion of collusion, use of automated betting tools, or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to dormancy account procedures.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, gwinbd will endeavour to notify the account holder by email within 48 hours of the suspension being applied, unless doing so would compromise the integrity of the investigation.

Players may also voluntarily close their gwinbd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing an account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 24–48 hours.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from account suspension, bet voiding, bonus removal, or other platform action must be raised with the gwinbd support team within 72 hours of the disputed action. gwinbd will review all formally submitted disputes and provide a written response within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). The decision of gwinbd on all platform disputes is final and binding, subject to applicable law.
